Meet Paul
Paul Fahnbulleh, Founder
After years of supporting people living with disability, mental health challenges, and social isolation, Paul founded Ubuntu Pillar Support Services with a simple goal: to provide support that is reliable, respectful, and genuinely person-centred.
Drawing on experience across disability support, psychosocial recovery, youth mentoring, and military service, Paul believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion and respect.
Ubuntu Pillar was created to offer a more personal alternative to large providers, ensuring participants receive consistent support from someone who truly knows them and their goals.
Paul Fahnbulleh has worked in the disability, mental health and youth sectors since 2018 and holds:
- Certificate IV in Disability
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Manual Handling Training
- Medication Assistance Training
- National Police Check
